There are 3 passwords associated with a Kindle -- The Amazon password, Wi-Fi password, or the Kindle is locked password. Which one do you need help with?
I have only used one password. That is the one I used
when ordering books by signing in to Kindle and the one
that I have since forgotten.
The new one I want to use is Bonnie 14345xxx. It is the only oe I use (now it is the new one) when ordering books

When I typed in the new password ***** was not accepted and no reason was given
If you have a leather case on your Kindle; Please remove it before performing the steps below.

I don't havea leather cover on the Kindle. Nothing I do
seems to work/ The kindle works, it just does not allow me to view my other books.

No matter what I do I am unable to log in with Kindle books. As I said I am partially disabled and the Kindle reader is very important to me.
