I was charged twice for Norton anti-virus: code 5968 1st charge was 6/28/16 for $89.99 and the second was 7/18/16 for $74.89 same code. I was on chat line waiting for a response for 22 min 10/21/16 I disconnected and was on hod for 67 min on the phone and the guy was supposed to have someone call me back yesterday and no one ever called My confirmation # 28949820 Thank you Pat

Did you try for annual renewal or this is for the first time you used Norton.
As the two amounts are different then it seems like you were charged for two different products.
I think it would be very helpful to the investigation if you could upload the original Norton notification email or chat log to here.
