Google does not recognize my email address because I have used it too many times looking for my password. I have used my Gmail address for years and up until two days ago I was able to use it. By forgetting the password ***** no longer am "Recognized quote by my email address.

Google is asking you to provide an email address to send another verification code. Better an email address in the contacts of the Gmail address to be recovered.
