Not receiving ANY incoming Gmail messages. Everything else seems to be working OK...
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Since this morning..Nothing receiving since 10/21
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser I think

Sorry, I do not understand. I want to know, if you access your email account from your computer or phone, because the answer will depend on that and this problem can be caused by many reason, so it may take some time to solve this problem.

What I have been doing is to simply click on inbox and the messages all appear.

OK, at the menu on the right side of the email headers. Click on More and then on "All Mails" and let me know, if you see the new emails or not ?

Check all the folders like spam, trash, deleted mails etc. and let me know, if you find any new email or not ?

OK but remember I can't receive incoming emails...that is my problem. don't understand why I am able to talk to you but can't receive the incoming Gmail messages.. Alas..and thanks for trying.

That's an interesting question.

If you do mean you can successfully log on Gmail's web page and check your emails and folders (labels) there, but you still can't see any incoming message, that means you got something wrong in the email settings, e.g. some email rules or filters are enabled blocking your incoming email. Please check.

If you don't know how to do that, let me know and I will show you how to do it.
