As from your reply, I thought you are facing the problem with your incoming emails is on your phone , am I right ?
OK, at the menu on the right side of the email headers. Click on More and then on "All Mails" and let me know, if you see the new emails or not ?
OK, send an email to your own email address and let me know, if it shows up on Inbox or not ?
Check all the folders like spam, trash, deleted mails etc. and let me know, if you find any new email or not ?

If you do mean you can successfully log on Gmail's web page and check your emails and folders (labels) there, but you still can't see any incoming message, that means you got something wrong in the email settings, e.g. some email rules or filters are enabled blocking your incoming email. Please check.
