I can't even access AOL through the icons or the start function
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: This morning
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: The aol web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Rebooting my computer a couple of times, trying the different access aol icons. I can get on Chrome and access my emails but I cannot get the AOL software through the icons - like it's no longer on my computer?
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Not right now except I'm not too computer savvy
