we cannot connect to our email. we moved and set up a new connection through wave broadband (used to have comcast) and connecting to the internet works fine, but we cannot access our e-mail we have an iMac

Customer: I called wave broadband support and they said I needed to call microsoft as it's likely a configuration problem.
