When I tried to send an e-mail my computer freezes and won't allow me to continue.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the make and model of your machine, and what operating system are you running?
Customer: Toshiba Satellite L50-ABT3N22 Laptop
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through my laptop through AOL
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Recently had my computer checked for viruses and malware and cleaned out thoroughly.
