My email won't listen to anything I input. I need help!!
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Comcast
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I don't even know enough to troubleshoot. I have contacted Comcast several timesb without resolution to my problem.

Customer: 1.How can keep the password ***** I create? Each time I provide a new password, the computer does not recognize it the first time I try to use it.
