i AM UNABLE TO SIGN INTO MY OUTLOOK INTERNET. I FORGOT MY PASSWORD, ASKED FOR A CODE MANY TIMES BUT MICROSOFT WOULD NOT ACCEPT IT,K EVEN THOUGH THEY GAVE IT TO ME. THEN MY OUTLOOK LO9CKED OUT. I AM USING MOZILLA FIREFOX. COULD YOU PLEQASE HELP ME.

Customer: WEB BRO9WSER, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO ACCESS FOR SEVERAL WEKS. I HAVE TRIED, TRIED AND TRIED AGAIN. NO LUCK

Customer: I TRIED TO GET A NEW PASSWORD ***** TYPING IN THE LETTERS WHICH WERE GIVEN TO ME BY MICROSOFT AND ALSO REQUESTED CODES WHICH WERE ENTERED. NOTHING HAPPENED. I AM NOT TOO VERSED ON THE KNO3 HO3W OF COMPUTERW
