I can't get into my email address I forgot my password
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: It said I reset it about 50 plus days ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on my phone which is broke
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried to call from LG support they transferred my to a voice number but I couldn't talk to anyone..an email reset or recovery team?
