Let them know that you purchased a ticket for the wrong venue or date, that you want to exchange the tickets for the correct date / venue and they may be able to assist you.
In this situation, Time is of the essence. When you contact them please make sure you include your name, the names the tickets were puchased under , the email you used, any confirmation numbers you received, and explain the issue simply and clearly.
