Hi. My name is***** you for your question and the opportunity to assist.

Does your email address end with @outlook.com or something else?

Can we do a screen-sharing session and I can help you directly?

Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

If you click this link: www.outlook.com

Are you prompted to enter your Microsoft account (your email address)?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

Thanks. Please stand by.

Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

Unfortunately that number is ***** recognized.

Since this is a rarely used account, is there any reason you can't

just create a new one?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I used that account for my health care account and they won't recognize another one
Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

Got it. So, is the issue that you can't log in to your healthcare account?

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
no, I can't receive info from them
Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I also can't update my my policy for next year
Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

If I were in this situation I would get the healthcare company on the phone.

They're going to make you convince them that you are who you say you are.

Explain the situation and tell them that the email address is so rarely used that

you forgot what it is. Either ask them to give you the old email address or better

yet, see if you can get them to change it on their end to your gmail address.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
I will do that, but is there any other option I might have through outlook? they seem to all other problems covered but this one
Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

The first step in this situation is knowing what the email address is and then you

can start fixing this. Without an email address I can't even begin to help.

Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

I was hoping that your phone number would get things started but since that's not

recognized I hit a brick wall.

Customer: replied 4 months ago.
ok, thanks. signing off
Expert:  Byron replied 4 months ago.

I'm pretty sure you'll be able to get your information updated over the phone. Good luck.
