I have been trying to sign on to my Google account,

Customer Question

Hi, I have been trying to sign on to my Google account, apparently when I originally signed up with Google, I mistakenly gave the wrong telephone number by one digit i.e. correct number is(###) ###-#### can you assist me in ameliorating this problem?
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: You are the first.
JA: Thank you.
Customer: Also, I don't remember my password, unless it is "Ruger***>"
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: PC desk top, web browser, I don't even own a cell phone.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I followed all the recommended suggested way recommended by Google, but since the phone number I signed up originally is one digit off, nothing worked.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: all I want to do is register my correct phone number of(###) ###-#### and to get a new password, please.
