I have Uber downloaded on my I Phone. For the lasr two or three attempts I am unsuccessful in getting a Uber car to pick me up. please help.

Customer: G mail and Outlook
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most often on my computer, sometimes my I phone. never a tablet
