I have not been able to receive any emails since 5.05pm yesterday evening
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Telstra
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I have it synced to both phone and tablet together with lap top
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have shut down all devices and turned them back on. I have checked the settings which do not appear to have changed
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: Dont think so because I just dont know
