When my Skype was disconnected for security reasons I tried to go back in without success. I tried to create a new account by erasing the old one, but cannot find the right way. When I am told I have a message with a new identification, I can't find it know where.
I have still about 30 Euro in my account.
Stranded !!!
Please help.

When you signed up for your skype, what email did you attach to it?

How are you 'opening' skype? by browser, outlook or an app on a phone or ipad?

I was absent for one week and could use my PC. Is your information still good ?
my operating system is windows 10, attached my regular [email protected] to it
and use an Icon,browser ?, to open it.
Meanwhile I got a new Skype account with no provision to put money into it, no calls to Europe
possible
Having two accounts, how can I access my old one ? sh2goyke..
Being a retired Buick mechanic I have not too much knowledge about PC's.
