is a different/additional service. All fees and agreement questions can be sent to customer support as i am a tech and
cannot see that side of your account.
There are several questions here to start. There doesnt seem to be much 'recovery' methods in place for that acct.
I am going to ask you to go thru the same steps you probably already tired, but with me with you to try and recover.
What operating system are you on? wind 7/8/10 or a mac?
Have you ever logged in on the computer you are using successfully before with that email account?
Did you go thru the change/forgot password ***** gmail already, if so, what options did you see?
