one... apparently my computer went through an extensive microsoft update process (it ran all night) and now my outlook contacts are empty
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Last 48 hours... I just realized the contacts were gone an hour ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Chrome onmy P/C
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: went to icloud to see if they were there; my iPhone seems to still have them; tried to sync the iphone through apple with no luck
