When I nhave gone thru the first batch, delete the ones I dont want and every thing in my mail is deleted
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web Browaer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I typed in at the site and they brought up the deleted ones. Told me to get them thru my inbox, but they are ina plain box with no device to transfer anything

What version of outlook are you using.. Outlook 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, or Outlook.com?
