I have lost my AOL in my Window 10. No icon,no toolbar, no email.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your A.O.L. account?
Customer: As of today,after reseting my window 10.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I get my email after loging in to aol: Welcome,you got mail! Now I don't have the icon to log in.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Everything! Seems like another browser has taken over. I have to go through a whole bunch of steps with no results. I want to restore my AOL in the original format.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: It's not just the email,I like to restore AOL with the toolbar where I've added icons .
