You need to look at your device that you sent it on. That is most likely how they are hacking you.
You were talking to an automated 'pearl' system until now. We need to ask questions back and forth

I am a tech. if you have fee concerns, questions, automated pop up for remote supports, you can take that up
with customer service. I cannot see that side of your acct.
