All of my emails are going directly to the trash and not to my in box what do I need to do to get it to stop?
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Gmail
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Google Chrome web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: nothing I have no idea where to start. I just have to pull it from the trash and then move it to my inbox. Then after sending the response I have to restore every message
