Yesterday I updated my password ***** this morning my contact list is gone and my email is going into my spam folder
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?

JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: other than using email and programs I am really not technically savvy. I called and spoke to someone earlier this morning and he said he would call me back and I never received a call
