I have ATT email and Google is getting in the way of my attempt to pay a fee by mail. You say you 'can't confirm' that it's me. Well, let me assure you, if this sale falls through because of Google's ineptitude, i'll take you to court to recover it. I'll be happier if we can fix the problem. I don't use gmail and I'm getting very frustrated with Google, period. You are far from user friendly.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: a couople of hours today; as I said, I don't use Google normally.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: through a web browser. Google wants to send a password ***** by text and uses my home phone; my home phone is a landline that doesn't have a text feature.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I'm not a computer nerd; I don't do troubleshooting.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No. I just want to get your email out of my way.
