Hi. About two day ago I inadvertently and accidentally deleted all of my inbox messages. Can you help me recover them from the Deleted Folder?
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Outlook.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web browser from MSN.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Tried to recover the messages from the deleted folder but no luck.
