Hi There. I am Bing and I look forward to helping you with your issue today.

Expert:  bbao replied 2 months ago.

Just clarify, do you mean your sign up a @servisetc.com email a few days ago, but can only send out message, never received anything though you know there are incoming emails?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
When I enrolled in mail.com I neglected to enter my "Contact email address. It is***@******.***. Please send my verification to that address so I can continue siging up to mail.com. Also I object to the $42 charge that is indicated. How do I contact Google for a simple question to avoid a charge. If I have a charge to solve any simple problem I will cancel the service. You apparently sent your message to the wrong address. I will be out of town Monday 10/10 thru 10/14.

So your mail.com account's recovery email is the servisetc.com one. Correct?

> Please send my verification to that address so I can continue siging up to mail.com.

Are you asking me to start recovery process and send verification to the recovery mailbox?

> Also I object to the $42 charge that is indicated. How do I contact Google for a simple question to avoid a charge.

I don't understand why Google will charge you for mail.com (not belongs Google) things?

> If I have a charge to solve any simple problem I will cancel the service.

Which service are you referring to here? mail.com? Gmail? or even JustAnswer?

> You apparently sent your message to the wrong address.

I am not sure what you mean. I didn't send you any email address.

I guess you are talking to a wrong person as I basically have no idea about Joseph, charges and why Google is involved.

> REQUESTED CANCELLATION OF JUST ANSWER SERVICE

Do you still need me to help you troubleshoot your email issue? If no, I will opt out and let customer services step in.

Good luck.
