I have been locked out of my gmail account. I have tried various ways to reaches including entering 6 digit code but have not been successful
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: Pearl, I've been struggling with this since yesterday PM
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: on phone and on our Mac laptop
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I'm not sure, other than to keep trying to recover my account and that has put me into a loop. They send a code but it's not accepted
