my apple password ***** my iPhone is not working. I had it written down but it's not responding
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I'm not sure but it might be in 2014. I really haven't had a need to use the password, and I'm trying to get Duo Mobile for my primary work phone
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Mostly through a web browser
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Only carefully typing the supposed password. I'm not very tech savvy.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: When i bring up my email on my work computer, the password ***** ***** used. I don't have to use the keyboard to access it, which is why I don't remember my password
