Hi Pearl, I can't sign into my email account through Yahoo. Tried everything. Another person I do not know is registered for my phone contact number.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Yahoo account?
Customer: Two days
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Phone and web
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've followed all of the site recommendations. It keeps telling me that they've sent me a text but no text arrives. I've answered the security questions but the site tells me they are the wrong answers.
