I'm trying to set up my new Frontier account and need to know how to kook up with Thunderbird/
JA: Have you contacted anyone about your account?
Customer: Yes. they tell me to open Thunderbird and go to File in the upper left hand corner of the page. Guess what's not in the upper left hand corner? You're right, File.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I suppose web browser on my home computer - either a lap top or a tower.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: You're it - didn't know where to begin.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?

To bring up the menu at the top with the File option all you have to do is press Alt on the keyboard once, while you're in Thunderbird.

That should bring up the menu with File, Edit, so on.
