I need a ride, and my phone is dead. I just looked online (on my laptop) and found out that my previous (first Uber ride ever) was not successfully billed, because my Apple Pay account was backed by my previous debit card (my bank recently changed my card number to implement a chip card), and I hadn't updated it.
So, I'm trying to update my payment information (so you get paid) and arrange another ride. I'm sufficiently frustrated with how difficult it is to navigate your system without a cell phone, so I'm reaching out as a last resort. Please respond asap, or consider me a lost customer.
