I have not been able to send or receive emails from Comcast, so decided to get a GMail account. I sent myself an email and did receive it. Now I'm not sure if my comcast email is still working.
JA: How long have you had this issue with your Gmail account?
Customer: I don't have a problem with Gmail except that I need to get a password ***** don't know how to do that.
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: not that I know of
