Hi We are not getting any emails and it tells us to compact the emails and delete emails but we can not compact and have deleted a lot of emails but still it has not opened any emails for about three days.
JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Mozilla Thunderbird
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On our computer, the smart phone I have can access the emails.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Contacted Bigpond and they have just checked and it is not a bigpond problem it is with Mozilla Thunderbird
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I was going to change to Windows live mail but the technician could not export the emails and I definitely need to keep them.
