I changed my password ***** now you do not recognize it.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: About 10 days ago after I learned about your problems.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: I go to yahoo.com and then to mail
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have to give my phone number and then you text me a number that I type in and finally I get into my mail.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No, I just do not understand what is going on with yahoo and my password.
