AM yesterday I could not access my account. Neither the user name and password ***** invalid. I have another acouny at Yahoo for such problems. I encountered the same problems. Finally, I got through and was given a key but no info where to [;ace it. Finally I got a notice to wait 12 hours. It's now over 12...I can't open my account.and now I can't open the other account. PS I was on line with Isaac and was disconnected. I've had the main account for over 14 years. There is important info I need to retrieve. HELP
