I have returned from a trip to Africa and while there I was looked out of my account because of suspicious activity. I presume it was because I was logged on to a computer in Africa. I tried to go through the security questions and had a code sent to my husbands email. When I used the 4 digit code it responded with "please enter the 7 digit code". I have waited until my return to try to resolve this issue. Can you help me recover my account?
JA: Have you tried having password ***** directions emailed to you?
Customer: I have to access to my email. do you mean my husbands?
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: most on phone and tablet but while i was traveling I did not get email on my phone all the time so i used our hotel computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: like i said they sent me a code and that did not work and I tried the security questions in which i couldn't remember the answers
