Hello. My name is***** to JustAnswer. I'm reviewing your question now, and will post back with your reply momentarily.

Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

Phone calls and remote supports are an additional offer.

The hotmail you are referring to isnt recognized by microsoft.

Are you using a mail merge like thunderbird or email icon on your computer?

How are you logging in?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
what do u mean thats the account i had with facebook,it was a friend page they kept asking for info then they shut it down ,the account i manage off it is***@******.*** originally but the swithed it to the***@******.*** account as a like page now i cant get into it niether
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

You put this. That is a third email sikestonracepark.

There is only one backup for sikeston.

It is a security question.

Were you able to get that far to try and recover that acct?

(we need to focus on one at a time with the best recovery options)

For your mwgmail, do you have a phone that ends in 25 that is still active?

Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

Friendly reminder.

If you would like to have a more hands on support through Secure Remote Assistance, I will send you an offer and I will be able

to log in and perform the fix for you. We offer this as an easier solution for clients. It is 100% guaranteed

money back if we cannot resolve your issue.

If you would like to continue with written instructions, that is absolutely fine as well. Just click the reject when you see the

offer and we will continue immediately in this manner going forward.

i dont understand the accounts were put together by facebook and the ones shut off and the other is up but i cant log into it becuase its through the***@******.***
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
my phone number is(###) ###-####if you can call
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

Calling and remote support is an additional fee.

As for facebook, that isnt how it works.

Your hotmail created your hotmail accounts.

your gmail created your gmail accts.

facebook doesnt really have anything to do with creating them.

nor will it help you recover them.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
thats exacly what happened,so how cam i fix this im willing to pay
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
im not worried about the email accounts just the facebook acciounts thats linked to them
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

Are you with a computer right now? i can login with you with the remote support option offer

or help you written here. these are what i am seeing for you currently:

Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

I am aware of that you are trying to do. Can you access any of those emails?

If not, we start there. recover them. and then use them to recover your facebook.

If it isnt active, we will have a hard time recovering that acct.

were you ever logged in on that computer to either of those emails successfully?

NOT FACEBOOK

The actual emails?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.

Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

again, that email account you are sending is not giving a recovery option. it is not even recognized

by hotmail/live microsoft

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
ok so what know, i for sure had it at one time
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
can i recover the mwedtracing acc wth that phone number?
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

If it was that long ago that microsoft no longer sees it when it was deleted?

You can try to recreate a hotmail account with the same exact email address

and see what it tells you.

I have done as much as i can on this end without seeing what you see.

I have sent the links so 'you' can see the recover options yourself to see if anything

listed is something you have access. The mwed will only give me limited options. i dont know your

passwords (please dont put them in this, it is public info unless we are in a remote session that hides it)

then it gives the 25 number as i explained and it will prompt you for information only you know.

but yes, the recovery option for that one should be able to be recovered if you follow the steps for gmail

link i sent you

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
ok i got the [email protected] back up now what do i do to get facebook back
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

go to facebook login page

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
its telling me the password ***** been changed 5 months ago
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
it lets me log in with the current password ***** last week ,but takes me to a mesasge from face book that all the documents have been reviewed as it has said for 2 weeks now
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

That is a facebook issue and message. There is something like a ban on your account.

You can Try looking in your Support Dashboard: Settings > in left column select Support Dashboard.

do you see a message there or can you access it?

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
this is whats been going on,let me look
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
We’ll take a look at the documents you submitted and get back to you. If we need more help confirming your name, we’ll reach out for additional documentation.....this is all it says its said the same thing for 2 weeks
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

It is going to ask you for your account verification as well as a picture id. Check thru that email

of yours that is linked to it. there should be additional requests.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
i just reopened the email just now so thers nothing old in there
Customer: replied 7 months ago.
i sent everthing they ask for 2 weeks ago
Expert:  Isaac Franklin replied 7 months ago.

That is a facebook issue. And there should be a way to follow up for verification as well.

https://www.facebook.com/help/159096464162185

The link i sent you will show you what you can verify with and the links on that page under it

will assist you in recovery.

I can opt out. I got you as far as i can without being able to see anything further.

the next expert may have more options.

Customer: replied 7 months ago.
nothing, its been over 3 weeks now ,facebook not one reply back from face book ,what can we do to get the page back up
Expert:  IT Miro replied 7 months ago.

Hello again!

I am sorry to see the problem with your Facebook account persists. Note that Facebook doesn't have an e-mail address you can write to, or a phone number you can call to report a problem with your account; instead, they use specific forms. In my last response, I sent you the "My Personal Account was Disabled" form where you could re-upload your ID and explain the problem. In case it didn't work, you can try with the "Report an Issue with Confirming Your Facebook Account" form available on this link:

https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/174964429275926

Enter your Facebook account information there and select "I need to reactivate my existing account" or "Other" as the issue. You can describe the problem again in the "Additional info" box. Send the report and wait for their reply, which could be in hours, days or weeks. Unfortunately, you will never know when or if they are going to reply to you. Facebook is a free service and their support stuff don't seem to be taking problems reported by their users very seriously.

If you don't hear from them within 2 weeks, and your account is still at the same locked stage, my advice is to consider creating a new Facebook account with a new e-mail address. You can then use the new account and periodically sign back in to the original Facebook account to see if there are any changes.

I am sorry if I am reporting the bad news. I wish I could do more for you, but this is how Facebook works. Maybe they change it in the future.

Best regards,

IT Miro
