JA: Just to clarify, what email service provider are you using?
Customer: Gmail, but my adobe account is an AOL
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I own a Mac and I accidentally bought Premiere Elements and Photoshop Elements or Windows
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just want a refund on those purchased product so I can get the one that works with my computer

Adobe can transfer your product key to a mac version. This is quicker then a refund.

So what we need to decide first is whether you want a refund, or whether you want the same programs, just mac compatible versions / product keys?

Also, can you clarify if you purchased directly through adobe, or did you p urchase through a third party such as Best Buy, Officemac, Staples, ect?

Thank you.. So we have two steps we need to do.. One, you have to contact the adobe activation and license department directly. As they are the o nly ones who can cancel and issue new product keys. Just explain what happened and they wont give you any hassle, this happens quite often!

Then, once you have the product keys for mac, if you need any help installing the software, let me know and I can help you directly with that as well.
