Thank you.. So we have two steps we need to do.. One, you have to contact the adobe activation and license department directly. As they are the o nly ones who can cancel and issue new product keys. Just explain what happened and they wont give you any hassle, this happens quite often!
Then, once you have the product keys for mac, if you need any help installing the software, let me know and I can help you directly with that as well.
