JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Yahoo
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Web and tablet
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Can't log on email from iPad....tried recovery codes, turning everything off and starting over.....iPad doesn't recognize codes....done this numerous times
