I am unable to access it.. screen says the page cannot be reached. Internet service is OK.
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: Charter
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: desk top computer...can access e-mail on ipad but not the desktop.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: just refreshing the page per instructions
