JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: I have an email address that has stopped receiving Yahoo, the address is
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: yahoo QuickFix something-or-other, said everything was fine I just checked Accounts - it says the***@******.*** is Send Only
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer:***@******.*** was connected with my Yahoo account years ago, and is my primary email account, it stopped receiving emails on Sept 22
