Changed my att password ***** the big hacking notice. Did this on my pc using myatt.
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: I think sept 22. Then my cell phone cannot connect. I changed pasword 2 more time and continue to try to reset smartphone. app i att mail. I went to att store yesterday and they moved me to the mail app that came with the phone (Samsung) . They indicated something wrong with the attmail app but cannot fix. I cannot be removed ad reinstalled.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: Through pc at hoem and some on phone when traveling.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: thried several times to reset phone password. changed password ***** pc twice and each time tried to rest phone. Could not find a good answer on google. Took phne to att store - they say app is now bad and can't be fixed.
JA: Anything else you want the email expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have had the phone for a year with no problems like this. I also believe the app is failing and cannot find a way to fix it.
