I just renewed my Norton subscription for 2 yrs. They said they would e-mail me confirmation, but showed an OLD e-mail address,***@******.***. When I tried to update my e-mail, your system would not let me. Now you have caused my e-mail to stop working altogether. They offered to give me a new account, but said my new subscription would have to be paid for again!!! My current e-mail is***@******.***
