I can't remember my password and the phone number I

I can't remember my password ***** the phone number I registered with is different and I don't have a recovery email so how can I change my password. I haven't been able to get or read any of my email for 6 weeks because of this. Can you hrlp me with this?
JA: When did you last reset your username and password?
Customer: to be honest I think 2 months ago.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On all three. I have a desk top that's a Dell, but my phone and tablet are apple.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've tried almost every thing . Every time I've tired the reply I get wants to send it to an old email or phone number that I don't have anymore.
