i cannot receive e-mails and know i have missed several from friends
JA: Who is your email provider (Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.)?
Customer: my service is provides by timewarner / roadrunner; i do have an outlook account i set up and had been receiving e-mails until about a couple weeks ago
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: web browser on laptop computer
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: other than looking up online and attempting to figure it out on my own, sending this quetion to you us it

Customer: i'm not particularly "tech savvy". however, it do know how to use my email and some programs on my computer
