Microsoft did very large update on Windows 10 this morning. Since then cannot open contacts or calendar in Outlook 2016. I have them in iCloud also and cannot open them in Outlook.
JA: How long has this been an issue?
Customer: Since this morning.
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?
Customer: On my home PC. Not having a problem with my wife's iPhone or iPad
