Hello, my name is ***** ***** I will do my best to assist you. Give me a few minutes to look over your question and I will respond shortly.
Typically your Apple ID is your primary e-mail address. You can go to the link below and reset it. Try using your e-mail address to reset the password.
Please respond to this question here. It looks like you are opening new tickets.
You'll have to try the reset from a computer since your iPhone is essentially locked out.
Can I take a look at the iCloud account? Please post the password ***** the account. I'll have customer service remove it after we are done here.
Was***@******.*** the original account to activate this phone?
So***@******.*** was the original account for this phone, is that correct?
Unfortunately, when an iPhone asks for activation, it needs the Apple ID of the original owner unless they factory reset the phone and removed their ID from it. If you can get their ID, you should be able to unlock the phone.
I see. You'll need to activate with the original AppleID then. I would try resetting the 1Danielle account and trying with that one. Just use the same AppleID reset password *****
