I can receive my e-mail, but I can not send my e-mail. It keeps asking password, even I enter the right password, it keeps giving me the error message.
JA: Just to clarify, how often have you been getting this particular message?
Customer: May be two weeks ago
JA: Have you installed any updates recently?
Customer: yes
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I do not know what other way? However, if I use webmail, I have no problem to receive and sent my e-mail

Customer: I try go to mail and in the box:outgoing mail is off line. I can not change any meaningful statement

I used cogeco mail. My e-mail:***@******.*** have problem to sent but no problem to receive. If I use webmail I have no problem to receive and sent e-mail.
