An account key? My phone number is(###) ###-#### It is a simple go phone. Does it have an account key? Talk to me the way you would your grandmother or great-grandmother who is only slightly tech savvy.

It says my answers do not match their information. So, I ask for them to send me a temp password. They send it to my email. I try to open my email to get it. I can't get it the temp password. Yes, I'm frustrated and confused.

thanks for waiting..i have been trying all resources..just to let you know i have been getting lots of yahoo att customers and they mentioned to me about some server outage on yahoo as well

there support queue too seems unaavailabe
