installed Thunderbird and I am being deluged with popups ...I mean 100 in an hour. What is totally surprising is seeing that when I go directly to my Comcast provider those messages are not there; nor are they on my Windows Live Mail account. What is happening with Thunderbird?
JA: How much experience do you have with this particular machine?
Customer: computer is 18 mths old
JA: How do you access your email most often? On a phone or tablet, or through a web browser?

JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Calling you. Remember, thesehundreds of popups are NOT appearing on my iPhone, ipad, Comcast acct, or my other email provider.
